Beautiful Brayer Technique

I attended one of my upline's meetings this morning and we made two cards using the brayer technique Michelle Zindorf is known for. Both of these samples were projects from one of her classes Janice attended and created. The technique is relatively simple to do believe it or not. I am so thrilled with the way these two cards turned out!

This one reminds me of Hawaii. I just love the colors as well as the black accents that just set off that rich color. I'm not sure if you can see it, but we used a white gel pen to add accents on the grass, trees, and the water. Very cool use of the gel pen. I will be looking through my stash to find a set or two that I can use to make one of these lovely cards. I don't own the Serene silhouettes set used in both of these cards, but seeing how nice these turned out, I may have to pick them up.

I hope you enjoyed my cards today. I will be posting more as the days go by. So much is going on with SU these days it's difficult for me to keep up with it all. I have lots of new stuff to play with and will be posting samples soon. Leave me a note and let me know what you think of my latest cards. Special thanks to Janice for hosting the meeting today and sharing the technique with us!
Happy Stamping!

Hi Brandy! Glad you liked them. Hope you will come to class and see how they were made. So much you can do with the brayer that we forget about.
